All orders are processed within 1-3 business days but we ask that you allow 7-10 business days for your Sula items to arrive.
Currently, Sula Beauty only ships to Canada and the United States via UPS Standard.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are subject to an additional surcharge.

Shipping is free with orders of $150 or more. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Currently, eau de parfum products are shipped via ground only.


If one of your items is out of stock we will contact you via email with an estimated ready date. If you prefer not to wait - although good things come to those who do wait - please email us back at and we will credit your account.

Where's my Sula?

If you have not received your order within 10 days of purchase, please contact us. Ensure you have your invoice number on hand so we can track your order.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Sula product, we will be happy to provide you with a refund. Sula Beauty accepts only those returns that are accompanied by the original receipt and in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase. Product cannot be overly used. All refunds are credited to the original payment method. There is no refund on Shipping and Handling and of course we can only accept returns from purchases made online. If you purchased a product through a boutique, please return it to the location where it was purchased.

To return items to Sula Beauty:

  1. Email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. A return authorization number will be emailed to you.
  3. Ship the item in its original condition and packaging along with your receipt.
  4. Put your return authorization number on the original receipt that will be included with your returned product as well as on the outside of the box.
  5. Send it to the appropriate address below.
